The Creative Lead
Sarah is a professional musician and experienced workshop leader with over 20 years’ experience using music and creative facilitation to bring people together. She works across communities—from early years to older adults—creating inclusive, energising spaces where people feel confident to participate, connect and have fun. Alongside performing, recording and writing music, she has also worked as a session vocalist on stage and in studio recordings.

Sarah has delivered public speaking and vocal coaching programmes within organisations, helping individuals and teams communicate with clarity, confidence and authenticity. She has a strong understanding of how creativity can enhance engagement, unlock new thinking and strengthen connection in corporate environments.

The Strategic Lead
With more than 15 years’ experience working in the charity sector managing coalitions and teams, Lucy specialises in building alliances across and between organisations. Her expertise lies in understanding how teams work, strengthening relationships and creating environments where collaboration and shared purpose can flourish.

Alongside her professional work, Lucy has a strong creative background, with a lifelong involvement in drama and singing. She has performed in choirs and theatrical productions, using expression, confidence and creativity to inform her collaborative and facilitative approach.
